GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, well-lit, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in very efficiently. The common areas were tidy, facilities well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant. It offers great value for money, suitable for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

GGuest UserIt was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle.

The hotel has been open for several years and the facilities and equipment are well maintained. It feels quite new. The staff is really warm and thoughtful. Liqiao Ancient Street is nearby, which is very convenient. There are also all kinds of delicious food downstairs.
