Excellent! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It's a hotel with great value for money, and all the facilities are brand new.

Facilities: There's an outdoor hot spring downstairs, and a children's playground on the third floor. Overall, the facilities are suitable for family trips and offer good value for money. The wildlife park is right next door, making it very convenient for visitors. Cleanliness: Overall good, but perhaps due to its age, the bathroom drains had a slight odor. Environment: The room's terrace has a great view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Service: The receptionist was very attentive, and the breakfast staff were responsive and friendly.

Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions promptly and providing excellent service. It was great! The hot spring downstairs was unexpected, but it was incredibly relaxing. Going to the hot spring on such a hot day felt a bit wasteful; I'll come back when it's colder.

The front desk service was incredibly attentive upon check-in; they upgraded my room, which was very large and spacious. The hotel has a hot spring and a zoo, making it perfect for family vacations. There's also an indoor children's playground on the third floor, where my kids had a great time. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the hot spring facilities are excellent. As a Korean, I find the cleanliness to be superior to other Chinese hotels. The location is convenient, and the facilities and friendliness are excellent. The staff at the mart on the third floor were particularly friendly and helpful, even helping me with WeChat, which I can't do, and I'm very grateful to them.

The rooms were fairly clean and hygienic, the service was excellent, and the restaurant food was also good. The hot spring was a highlight, and it was very nice. Although the hotel is five-star, even the deluxe rooms didn't have bathtubs, and the breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding. Overall, the price-performance ratio wasn't very high. Hot spring tickets are 50 yuan per person. You could stay at a hotel outside the hotel and then come to enjoy the hot springs.

The room was spacious and clean, with views of green mountains and hot spring pools from the window. Miss Chenpeihua at the front desk provided excellent service, offering welcome fruit and breakfast, and even followed up the next day to check on us.

We received welcome fruit upon check-in, as well as tickets to the children's playground. The hot springs were also fantastic, and Leslie at the front desk provided excellent service.
