New Hotel, and large room. You can cook in the room. There is a famous cafe at 1F of this hotel, ensuring you will have a great breakfast.

Everything about our stay at Fenix West was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, the facilities are top-notch, and the service was flawless. The Superior Hotel Room A1 was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Location of hotel is very good with beautiful view and many eateries serving good food. Driving to attractions is convenient. The room we booked is spacious with mini kitchen and washer/dryer. We loved the room. The only great inconvenience is parking at hotel is limited, only 5 lots. Had to park at the designated carpark which is away from hotel, it was dark and deserted with stairs that looks like ******* place.

The value for money is pretty good. Even though the price isn't super cheap, for a ski hotel, the facilities are more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. The parking is convenient, and gas stations, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Ample parking, really spacious rooms with washer/dryer. Great for those with families. Clean and modern rooms.
