I had a wonderful stay at Fernix Furano From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.
The location is excellent—convenient to attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. I also really appreciated delicious breakfast and efficient housekeeping].
Overall, my experience exceeded expectations.

Good location in easy to get to all the nearby farms and attraction. Hotel Staff are very nice and friendly. The amenity is basic but overall very clean and simple modern design.

The stay is excellent but only 1 lift serving the entire building. The waiting time during peak hour is unpleasantly long

Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.

The 3 BR unit was absolutely fabulous. Kitchen very well stocked with beautiful dishes. Beds were comfortable and comforters were sooo comfortable. Showers were powerful and wonderful.
Only one thing we would change, the bedroom window blind needs to be blackout curtain to block out the 4am sun rise.

Stay for two nights. Location wise is not near to the Furano station and restaurants. Its ok if you drive, there’s free carpark.
The deluxe studio comes equipped with microwave, nespresso, simple cooking utensils. Bed was comfy, air conditioning good.
Staff was very helpful. Commend them for helping us find an important document and send them to our next hotel! Really thankful and appreciate their help!
