Mon séjour à cet hôtel a été absolument fantastique ! L'accueil chaleureux du personnel, le confort des chambres et la propreté impeccable m'ont vraiment impressionné. De plus, l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel a rendu mes déplacements très pratiques. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience exceptionnelle lors de leur séjour. Un petit plus pour le petit déjeuner incroyable !

J ai voulu annuler la chambre pour mon séjour du lundi 6 l accueil de l hôtel me dit qu elle s en charge au niveau de l hôtel et d ******* car je montait sur un ferry ou la connection était impossible .Et je reçois un message le lendemain comme quoi on me facturé quand même la chambre pour 3 nuits au lieu des deux passée réellement sans savoir si le refus venait d ******* ou de l hôtel . Au vu du nombre de nuitées a l hôtel en peu de temps je trouve cela pas commerciale du tout.Je penses a trouver un autre site de réservation pour le futur.

Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel pour un court séjour hors saison et nous en sommes plus que ravis ! Le personnel est très souriant, accueillant et à l’écoute. L'hôtel est moderne, propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, l’emplacement idéal avec un grand parking gratuit à proximité. Je vous recommande cet hôtel et nous reviendrons pour profiter pleinement de cette superbe piscine sur le toit !! Merci pour tout et à bientôt…

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était impeccable et le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'attention portée aux détails et le fait que tout soit si propre. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, avec beaucoup d'activités amusantes à faire à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable et confortable ! PS: même le petit déjeuner était très bon !

L'hotel in sé non è male ma la pulizia è completamente assente, così come la manutenzione. La cosa davvero allucinante è stata trovare i due cuscini del letto matrimoniale completamente sporchi, pieni di macchie gialle e persino macchiati di sangue! Dov'è l'igiene e la sicurezza per il cliente??? Vergognoso! Altra nota dolente è l'assenza di una zanzariera a causa della quale la stanza puntualmente ogni sera si riempie di centinaia di insetti e zanzare provenienti dalla laguna situata dietro all'hotel. Inoltre, è molto scomodo il wc situato in un'altra stanza della camera, diviso dal resto del bagno. Al momento della dipartita mi aspettavo perlomeno uno sconto per il gravissimo inconveniente dovuto al sangue presente sui cuscini, ma niente! Neppure avendolo detto subito all'inizio del soggiorno. Davvero poco professionale, indecente per un hotel a 4 stelle. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio. Le foto allegate documentano il tutto...
