Eccellente posizione! Pulizia della stanza ottima. Personale dell’albergo gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ristorante ottimo con personale di sala gentile e competente. Siamo stati accolti molto bene. Accettano anche animali, il nostro è un cagnolino maltese e non ci sono stati problemi.

Well what a shame! We had such high hopes but the owners of this place and their absolute arrogance destroyed the dream entirely. The location is absolutely superb, every other bar and restaurant overflowing with authenticity and warmth so our trip was saved by their hospitality.
The owners of the hotel sit like lords eating and grazing all day with absolutely no regard to the people supporting their business with not a word of hello, goodbye or enjoy. The rest of the staff are obviously miserable in a way I’ve never seen in Italy, usually it’s a joy to see the workers enjoying a meal together however it was quite clear this was not extended to them here.
Assuming it’s fully booked with or without effort makes them a lazy host and we’d will be returning to Praiano but will stay at La Conchiglia next door, a small family business whose warmth and kindness abounds like the lemon groves surrounding. The little bar and restaurant next door is sublime and always full speaking volumes to the empty tables at Alfonso. Watch out, your arrogance may well be your downfall.

I had really high hopes for this place.
Positive- employee at check in during our stay was really nice and helpful. She gave us information for the Sita and information for the area which was so appreciated. The rooms were nice and clean.
Negative- the beach chairs here were more than what you pay for at L’Incanto in Positano.
The hotel restaurant staff that we encountered was not friendly. We ended up eating at Trattoria Da Armandino.
Overall, I think this area is better for older crowd, would highly suggest going into city of Praiano, and eating at Che Bonita, best pizza and friendly staff.

We stayed here in october end of the season. We had the beachfront view. Not a lot to do so we left early and went to Sorento. They had like 3 restaurants open. Cold and extremely windy so we couldn't go to the beach or scuba dive. Breakfast was extremely basic but the view was to die for very pretty. Go to Armandino for dinner its so good best pasta in Italy I've had so far. The area seems like it would be very busy in the Summer so keep that in mind if you plan to sleep in. You're literally right on the beach next to everything. You can rent a boat and do all the tours everything is right there. To get to anything else is a climb another thing to keep in mind you're at the bottom so everything else is up. Take taxis and such I recommend to see Amalfi and Postiano.

Ho studiato la storia marittima di Praiano dove vivevano eccellenti marinai - pescatori ma non vi ero mai venuta. Ho riconosciuto i luoghi il ristorante doveva essere un ricovero di barche, ora vi si mangia in modo eccellente ad esempio scialatielli ai frutti di mare. Le camere sono graziosamente arredate e il bagno in ceramica vietare se molto grazioso. Ma la cosa migliore è che hanno accolto anche il gatto ⬛. Poi davanti al ristorante c’è una bella spiaggetta ben attrezzata. Un luogo dell’anima. Da tornare!

We had an amazing time here! The staff were lovely and they were kind enough to upgrade our room! The area around the hotel has a few restaurants. It’s a great place to stay for a few nights and the breakfast was fabulous.
