There is plenty of room in the room, it would be great if you plan on cooking yourself. Soundproofing in the room is a bit poor, otherwise not bad.

La struttura è dotata di piscina e di palestra ed è circondata da un grande giardino attrezzato con sedie a sdraio per riposare guardando il lago di Wessling.Le stanze sono accoglienti e spaziose. La colazione è varia sia per qualità sia per quantità. Inoltre, tutte le mete della zona, sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici che partono vicinissimi all'hotel. Il tutto ha reso perfette le nostre vacanze !

The room is very narrow and was sold as double room. Due to fair, you could not book both days together on the website but had to do it separately. Unfortunately, it was blocked out of your room on the second day. We are just happy that it was not late at night where no one sat at the reception. That would have been yet. The room is so narrow that you couldn't pass each other on the second. If someone was in the bathroom or the door was standing up, you couldn't reach the door or the closet. You couldn't even hang out the usual paintings that you don't want to be disturbed. So is already an obstacle for couples. For two people there was a (!!!) bottle of water and also just one glass. The purpose behind it is not understandable to us. For a day as an interim stop is certainly sufficient, but not suitable for a longer holiday from our point of view. Rooms in themselves are clean and clean. Reception is over-required and no real help. When a rasier was forgotten at home, you referred to the net and another business. If it had actually been expected that a hotel would have provided a basic equipment for emergencies. We were at least used to this. Price/performance is certainly absolutely OK outside fair times. Parking is available in the garage and costs € 7.50, but we have parked in the side streets. There is something to run, but that didn't matter to us. We can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't take anything.

TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. Finally, you continue misleading people. Yes, you immediately offered ”2 drinks on the house” but it clearly(!) was not enough for the problems we met, but... If did not understand the difference between a refund and compensation. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.

We spent two quiet nights in a well-treated, clean motel with top connection (S-Bahn almost outside the door). The rooms are simple and simple but completely equipped. If you really need the room for stay, you are right here, because the prices are fair. Therefore, recommend 👍🏻.

L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.
