Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit Restaurants und einer erstklassigen Poolanlage die das Herz begehrt. Am Pool wird das Essen sowie die Getränke von sehr netten aufmerksamen Personal serviert. In der Mitte vom Pool werden hervorragende Cocktails gemixt. Mitten im Hotelpark wachsen wunderschöne Planzen und Bäume aller Art. Es ist einfach alles klasse. Ich sage Dankeschön und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch. WOOOOOOOOOW. 🌴🌴🌴🌴🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🍾🍀☘️🇨🇴.

no nos hicieron la reserva que pedimos el día anterior. Cómo no teníamos dónde pasar el fin de semana igual nos quedamos. Nos dieron una habitación de menor rango por el mismo precio que la reservada. La vista muy bella es lo único, al menos para lo que costó. La piscina de los que nos hospedamos no funcionaba, tocaba ir a la del pasadía. La comida pésima jugo aguado y sopa igual, menú simple. La caminata ecológica no es lo que se espera es descender por una vía destapada no más.hasta en la salida hubo inconvenientes porque nadie respondía al radio. La persona de la salida, sin conocer nuestra experiencia se disculpó por el servicio. Muy malo para el precio.

Nos alojamos en los días 6-7 agosto las habitaciones del bungalow son nuevas con buena vista no tengo queja de las habitaciones, las zonas húmedas solo funcionan de 2PM -4PM solo prenden el sauna, el gimnasio solo sirve 4 maquinas de resto son antiguas sin mantenimiento, el jacuzzi no lo prenden. el salon de juegos es hasta las 9 pm no hay nadie de informacion la rocola no funciona , los tableros de las ranas estan deteriorados, een el restaurante la comida costosa no es de buen sabor, la piscina es fría y el tobogán solo lo prenden cuando esta lleno de lo contrario esta cargado a la tarifa que pagaste si tienes alguna inquietud todo es en recepcion ya que la mayoria de los funcionarios no estan capacitados para dar informacion del hotel, si se hospeda y quiere comer en el restaurante deben pagar no hacen cargos a la habitacion, la caminata que ofrecen ojo con el culimpio si te montas te lo cobran 10.000 por persona ,no hay señalizacion de precios y las personas que atienden este lugar no son nada cordiales con el cliente. MUCHAS COSAS POR MEJORAR
