Very sophisticated hotel. The elevator needs a little work, though. We met a very good friend (a housekeeping staff member). And the front desk are always willing to assist with anything you need. Also, the robot never gets tired of serving you with deliveries. I'll come here again

The front desk lady upgraded to a superior bed for free. I chose a better room for me. The facilities in the room are very complete, and eye masks and earplugs are also prepared.
