Front desk and all hotel staff are kind, wonderful and professional. The bathrooms in both rooms I staid in had issues (shower, bathtub).

Always best in fushun

We had a good stay at this Wanda. The room was good and big - the bed was very good, I had a great sleep. Inside the room it was a bit dusty it should have been cleaned better. The staff was very kindly but at the breakfast they were absolutely overwhelmed. The lady at the entrance wasn’t able to check the room numbers in a fast way, a lot of Chinese people were cutting the queue-line and she wasn’t able to handle this. There were a lot of uncleared tables. The lady at the egg station did not take notice of us. One of the service guys tried to give his best, but all in all the breakfast was a big disappointment. Better save your money instead of booking breakfast here.

Just perfect

The hotel is still as grand and elegant as before, and the facilities are well maintained. If there is a shortcoming, I feel that the breakfast is 88 yuan per person, which is a bit expensive in terms of variety and quantity.

The Wanda style is quite standard, and it is basically the same across the country. There is nothing good to say. The shower does not spray water smoothly. The bedside lamp buttons are partially out of order. The closet light is not on and buzzes. The only thing worth praising is the breakfast, which is quite rich. The duty manager wearing glasses in the restaurant is quite responsible and a handsome guy. He also took the initiative to help me pour milk. For this reason, I give Wanda a good review overall!

When I returned to Fushun from a business trip, the lady at the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. Especially Miss Ma Yue who extended my stay this morning, her service attitude was very good. However, I think Wanda’s management should really improve. The hotel does not provide charging cables, and there is no wireless fast charging. I bought a data cable, but the USB port is not charged yet. The power bank I spent money on downstairs is not fully charged at one time. I am speechless😶 No wonder Master Wang also complained about his own hotel. If it doesn't improve, it may really be abandoned by the times. Overall, the service level and attitude are really good.
