I stayed here for one night to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and next door there is a delicious Italian restaurant and a supermarket that opens at 7am. The hotel staff were all kind, and the room was clean. I was a bit concerned that there were only amenities for one person, even though there were three of us staying. However, the breakfast was so delicious that it didn't even matter. There was such a wide variety of food that I couldn't possibly eat it all. It was a very fond memory. I'd definitely like to come back.

The bed is small, maybe because of the old room, but the breakfast is really great and worth a try

The location is excellent, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich and of high quality, and the service is good. The building is a bit old, but the advantage is that it is very convenient to go to the restaurant street and attractions.

Because there was heavy snow and we couldn't go back to our original hotel without a train, we made a temporary reservation. The room was clean and heated. We asked the hotel and received slippers and toothbrushes, but the door to the shower room was transparent. It was a bit awkward to stay with friends.

This time I booked two rooms, a triple room and a deluxe double room, which have been reviewed together before. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the size and layout of the triple room; the double room is smaller in size and has a loft angle. If I book in the future, I will choose other room types. The hotel's location, service and breakfast are all highly praised.

The view from the hotel is great! I originally thought it was just a B&B, but I didn’t expect it to be a very large hotel on the mountainside! The view is unparalleled! In the morning, you can take pictures of the Alps and lakes on the hotel lawn. Breakfast is very rich! beyond expectation!

菲森小鎮上有很多小旅館，不過攜程上選擇不算多，希望未來有更多選擇！ 這家佈置得像一個小木屋，挺有特色的，雖然不大但設施都齊的，住着還算舒服。 地點也很不錯，商業街對面，離火車站也5分鐘可達，附近有間餐廳叫Nashi，有點像東南亞菜日本菜混合，味道十分可以！ 房間外有個大露台，坐着喝啤酒看夕陽很愜意！

入住當天房間空調漏水，多次維修都沒有解決問題，給我們的休息帶來了困擾，為了不被打擾，我們選擇關閉空調忍耐。這樣一晚1800多元的房間讓我們很不舒服。但是我和攜程反應這些問題後，他們全程跟蹤和酒店反饋和處理，非常暖心和感動，再次感謝攜程為我們客户的不厭其煩的訴求和服務。感覺出門在外隨時有攜程的陪伴和支持👍

乾淨衞生，附近有超市，很方便，第二天一早去天鵝堡也很方便～

設施不錯，位置也很好，早餐很好，服務也不錯。

房間超大，位置很好，陽台很棒！
