帶父母孩子出行，賓客經理Rain主動安排了兩個緊鄰的房間，升級了房型，送了孩子早餐，非常貼心，辦理入住的時候，給我們介紹了周邊比較有名的好吃的，還跟我説可以免費延遲退房，真的是太熱情貼心啦，離開時，態度親切，主動詢問停車情況，查看房型後就退了按金，下次來還考慮住這裏。就沖這個服務，我以後來肯定還來這住!

這次入住體驗不要太好，房間入住很滿意，辦理入住很快，大堂的頂燈很漂亮大氣，大堂整體風格設計很高級，告知睡眠質量不好，Molly安排一個高樓層安靜的房間，確實很舒服，很感謝她的貼心服務，房間還提供有蕎麥枕頭，很貼心，房間早餐也很豐富，水果很新鮮，品種也多，客房大姐打擾房間也很仔細，看我水喝的快，房間還多給我送了飲用水，很讚的一次入住體驗
