I often stay here when I'm on business trips; it's very convenient coming from Fuzhou South. The rooms are large and clean, and the front desk staff are very professional. They even provide welcome fruit. It's also suitable for family trips, and there's a villa area for hot springs.

I traveled with my kids this summer, and this five-diamond hotel was really below par. Service: When checking in, the front desk staff didn't inform us that parking required a voucher from the front desk. We drove out for dinner, and at the entrance, we were stopped and asked to pay for parking. We asked the greeter, who said they weren't sure and we'd have to ask the front desk. After going back to the front desk, they finally told us we needed to scan a QR code there. When we asked why they didn't mention it during check-in, making us come all the way back, both staff members just looked down and said nothing. Cleanliness: The room was quite spacious, but there was a musty smell upon entering. There was also a sock under the sofa, left by who knows which previous guest. Facilities: The hotel has an indoor pool. When we went, there were four lanes. The lifeguard told us two were for private lessons, one for adults, and one for children. With so many kids during summer vacation, everyone was crammed into that tiny lane. We had to book a private lesson just to use the two less crowded lanes. Environment: The surrounding amenities are lacking. We also had a late checkout privilege, but we left early in the morning anyway. Quite disappointing. I'd find this acceptable for a three-diamond hotel, but for a five-diamond hotel, this level of service and cleanliness is just beyond words!

Traveling to Fuzhou with a friend, our days were packed with activities. We explored scenic spots, wandered through old streets and alleys, visited unique local shops, and basically walked and ate our way through the city non-stop. After a whole day of intense walking, my entire body was aching, my legs felt heavy and swollen, and the exhaustion from being on the go was overwhelming. I was initially worried that being so tired would affect my rest and my energy for the next day, but as soon as I returned to the hotel, I finally felt completely relaxed. The room was very quiet and comfortable, allowing me to shake off all the fatigue. Finally, no more rushing around. After a whole day of hustle and bustle, the happiest moment is undoubtedly coming back to a safe and comfortable little space after busy sightseeing. A trip isn't just about exciting sights; good rest is equally important. A comfortable stay directly elevated the happiness of my entire Fuzhou trip. A big thank you to Xiao He for upgrading my room and inviting me to experience the hot springs, which slowly eased the fatigue accumulated from daytime adventures. I'm now refreshed and ready to continue enjoying the beauty of this city. I love Fuzhou, I love the people of Fuzhou, and I love Fuzhou's sunsets.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty standard, and it seems there's no laundry room. Hygiene: Not bad, it's a new hotel! If a new hotel had hygiene issues, that would be a problem! Environment: The surrounding environment is nice. The hot spring is actually 500 meters away in a straight line, so you need a shuttle bus. The shuttle bus driver at the entrance had a good attitude, which was nice. The entire hot spring area is actually very small, with only 6 or 7 small outdoor pools! It pales in comparison to other hotels I've visited! Service: The front desk staff's attitude was very average; their tone was cold, and more importantly, they weren't familiar with the operations. When I asked what time the hot springs closed, she said 9 PM, but it's actually 10:30 PM! The room type the front desk recommended to me over the phone earlier didn't even include breakfast! When I went to the front desk, they told me to cancel and re-book! My reservation was non-cancellable, and the front desk told me to pay 98 per person on the spot for breakfast... I was really misled, which resulted in me not having breakfast!

The service attitude was superb. Every staff member I met in the hallway would greet me with a smile and a 'hello'. Xiao He's response was also incredibly quick; as soon as I made a request, the item was delivered. My deepest impression is definitely the service; I truly loved their enthusiasm. The room was almost identical to the pictures online, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. If you need anything, just ask online. Breakfast was good, there was a treadmill, and the hygiene was genuinely clean. They even delivered takeout directly to my room door, which was very convenient.

This trip to Fuzhou, traveling with my child, I chose the Kaiyuan Manju Hotel. I booked a room with a courtyard, and the hot spring in the courtyard was very relaxing. The shuttle bus was available on demand, and Xiao Ye provided exceptionally thoughtful service. The breakfast was abundant and even included Fuzhou's local specialties. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

I contacted the front desk in advance and spoke with Xiao Dong, who helped me book a room in the villa area. There's a shuttle service for transfers, and Xiao Dong's service attitude was excellent, truly commendable. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. Five-star rating!
