Lovely experience. We checked in real late at 1030pm and still managed to walk to a nearby night market for supper. The rooms are clean and service staff very friendly and professional. Extra bed was already arranged when we arrived, which was fantastic.

福州三迪希爾頓地理位置好，旁邊就是閩江，吃好晚飯，走走江邊，甚是愜意！酒店工作人員態度好，服務好，有什麼需求響應速度快的。早餐品種豐富，環境好，就餐窗外風景好！房間大，床品舒服，休息得很好！

很差很差很差 福州雖然是酒店窪地 不追求裝修之類的 奔着來旅遊過生日住 定的行政房 沒見過態度這麼不到位的管家 自己定了行政江景 也沒討要任何升級待遇 衹是問生日能不能簡單佈置一下 嘴上答應得很爽快結果不如別佈置 醜得像被故意噁心了一下一樣 這還可以説是審美問題 但是入住的時候禮遇也不交代清楚 份內工作都做不好 還要我特地私信去問 問了態度也很一般 第一次見我找酒店管家解決問題辦理第二天續住因為早餐好吃隨口問了一嘴能不能贈早像去舔客户一樣被已讀不回消息 反饋酒店花灑漏水叫人去修 修了沒修結果咋樣也不知道回來還在滋水 喜歡用給子們捅過的管子洗澡的可以來了 自己發消息説離店有禮品才問一嘴真把人當乞丐了？ 房間的咖啡也是過期的 説一嘴又被經理當**了 然後送了兩個蛇年清庫存的醜東西就打發走了 不知道是不是和我之前衹住萬豪洲際系酒店希爾頓沒卡不愛住也不想辦就從攜程定的有關係 總之看人下菜碟的集團怪不得越做越差沒人愛來 其他服務生態度也非常一般哈 餐廳健身房前台問房間號的語氣都像把住店客人當成來佔便宜的防似的 不愛吵架 但是你們做酒店服務業的要記住你們行業的本質是什麼以及沒有卡也是可以寫郵件去客訴的 別來別來別來 作為福州本地人很失望也更理解為什麼福州酒店行業做不起來了 換別的地方staycation去了 不如坐車去隔壁康萊德^ ^

首先是對貴酒店提供的客房表示不滿，兩個圖片可以看到一些小的設施設備是壞的，還有椅子上的布是爛的、空調也並不製冷。其次是對貴酒店提供的服務以及服務的態度表示強烈的不滿。
由於我們有另一筆訂單是在別的平台，所以一共是住了3個晚上。
第一晚：我們提出空調不製冷，因為我們下午4:00左右入住酒店打開了空調就出門去玩了，晚上大概12:00左右回到房間發現還是很熱於是就致電了前台，酒店大半夜叫來了維修一頓修理查看也並沒能解決問題。最後值班經理通過維修同事的手機跟我們説酒店當晚滿房了，第二天給我們換一個空調好的房間，我們也是考慮到酒店滿房而且時間也晚了也就算了。結果半夜被熱醒。
第二天：一直到下午4:00酒店也沒有主動聯繫我們，我回到酒店後主動聯繫了酒店，結果當天的值班經理給我的回覆是“不好意思先生，我們忘記了”。後續因為酒店設施的老舊，新的房間空調也不盡人意，所以我們也沒有選擇換房，酒店的解決方案是給我們拿了一個空調扇。這個空調扇製冷是要放冰塊的，值班經理説會幫我們換，結果到第二天早上根本沒有人主動來換過，也不知道給我們這個空調扇有什麼用。
第三天：我們大概是下午5:50左右出門是要去看鄧紫棋的演唱會，出門前去前台叫了一個客房打掃，因為當天還沒有打掃過，前台説好的。晚上演唱會結束吃了個夜宵大概2:00左右回到房間，根本沒有人來打掃過。我致電值班經理，經理説他要第二天早上去調查一下。
第四天：中午12:00退房時刻，經理説調查結果是前台的同事忘記了。説要退我10%的服務費希望我不予評價，被我拒絕了。
我們選擇你們希爾頓，是相信希爾頓這個品牌所代表的服務標準。但此次入住，這份信任是被徹底辜負了。
我們失望的，遠不止是酒店客房出現的問題，更是酒店解決問題的態度。明明有充足的時間與機會進行溝通和協調，為何要等到事態惡化，讓客人感到心寒？我們理解酒店服務業的辛苦，但這份理解為何被視作理所當然？
況且我們作為消費者，3個晚上我們付款近2000元的房費，我們要求的不過是一個舒適的入住環境，而且我們一天多數時間在外，僅要求一個安穩的睡眠，即便如此基礎的需求你們希爾頓酒店都未能滿足。
入住到你們希爾頓酒店為我們這趟福州行增添了非常糟糕的體驗
