前客人留下的飲料瓶也沒打掃，房間到處都是灰，浴室地板黏糊糊的，好幾年沒打掃的感覺，從沒住過這麼差的房間。標間還近700，200都不如的房間，這麼好的地段這麼差的環境的酒店，太浪費了，建議重新裝修

不愧是老牌大集團，服務很到位，會提供小朋友的洗漱用品，還有歡迎水果、伴手禮。離地鐵站、三坊七巷、美食街都很近，出行方便。自帶餐飲，吃飯也方便，而且味道很好！小朋友超愛南煎肝，吃得停不下來。

帶孩子一家三口入住的親子房，不愧是福州的老牌酒店，服務特別好，福州轉了兩天，滿大街都是聚春園的成員企業，名氣就是大，大堂經理帶眼鏡的帥哥和一個很精乾的美女，兩個人都很熱情，專業。走的太急沒來得及拍照，放心入住，不會踩坑。
