晚上八點多到的酒店，前台跟我講免費升級高級大床房，媽耶，來到房間才知道房間真的很大啊，而且很新，這個價格在市中心真的好良心啊，一開始擔心人家的洗髮水會不好用，女兒用了連護髮素都不用打，還有被子很軟很舒服呀，床也是超大，再來説這個早餐，一開始不太抱希望，畢竟免費嘛，沒有想到，家人們，早餐算非常可以的了，看得出老闆很用心了。吃到最後，居然發現還有瓶裝的飲料耶。總之我覺得性價比好高，我覺得很完美了

環境主要優點是有停車位置 但距離三坊七巷有點距離，謹慎選擇！
酒店房間枕頭都是中枕 對有頸椎不好的客人謹慎選擇因為本人就是例子，要求換個低枕前台告訴到前台來自己去選擇 結果是一個個類似抱枕，而且是公用露裸放在架子格內，要求前台提供一個正式帶枕套的低枕，遭到拒絕 而且態度不夠友好，且又在房間的枕頭底下發現了頭髮，對前台我已經失去信心與她們溝通，本想剛來福州連住幾天但我果斷決定第二天退房換酒店！至於設施已經不想説了 請訂此酒店的朋友謹慎選擇！
早餐一般般 但能夠吃飽 早餐環境尚可！

地理位置好，離烏山歷史風貌區非常近，離三坊七巷也是步行可達。停車非常方便，免費停車。
房間夠大，行李箱攤開在地上毫無壓力，看湖景，洗手間乾濕分離。不好的是酒店在裝修，第一天入住白天還沒那麼吵，對付休息一下，第二天白天吵得不行，感覺地動山搖的剛，習慣下午休息的我們很是無語。

首先是服務，前台服務人員態度非常好，很熱情，給我們介紹了一下房間和用餐區；其次是房間內部環境，很大，整齊乾淨，重點是很安靜；最後是周邊位置是真方便，穿過一個烏山公園就到了三坊七巷，離福州市政府也不遠所以晚上出行也很安全！總之這家酒店是個不錯的選擇！
