房間衞生都沒弄乾凈，馬桶沒沖乾淨，熱水器是壞的沒有熱水，樓上樓下的房間有人抽煙，樓梯間都是煙味，隔音不好挺吵的

離福州南站近，要搭高鐵的旅客可以選擇，房間空間大，但遇到硬體設備有點問題。
