百年老宅改造的民宿，房間乾淨舒適，使用的備品也不馬虎很好用，三班的服務小哥皆熱情好客，待客極友善，老闆夫妻大方好客，泡茶焚香招呼客人，早餐也好吃～
上下杭周邊不少優質餐廳和茶館，書店都挺優質的，交通也很方便，非常有特色的民宿，極推薦入住👍👍👍👍👍

就在景區內，出行十分方便。一棟近200年的住宅，有着自己的風格與沉澱，特別喜歡在院子裏盪鞦韆，向上看藍天，向下看井欄。要説民宿我希望有啥，就是特色與非標準服務的温情，這一點杭舍都有，尤其的服務，小哥哥接待特別好，第二天一早，一起喝茶聊天，説建築，説福州，説周杰倫，哈哈哈，愉快的體驗，下次來福州，還住這裏。

民宿環境很幽靜，前台店員服務也不錯，但是房間內隔音和木地板卻差強人意，晚上23點都能聽到隔壁廚房的動靜，而且不小，這種體驗對睡眠淺的顧客是非常惱火的！
