服務態度不好，住5天沒見過服務員臉色有笑容過，我是9號就來住的，到前台服務員一聽我網上定的，網上付的款，就一句話都沒和我説，14號我回來刷房卡，前台人不在，我喊了幾聲，一女的服務員（9號那個服務員）不耐煩的説她在洗碗，我當時一愣的，就這樣服務顧客的。也沒高興多煩，15號中午回來沒到12點，房門不能開了，下來問服務員服務員也不在，喊了幾聲，又一個服務員（不是14號那個服務員）不耐煩的回答我，在的，在後麪廚房，來後先問還住不住，不回答我卡的問題，我這樣一聽麼直接回答不住了，我是來住宿的，不是來看服務員臉色的，刷完卡上樓還是打不開門，下樓問她，就不耐煩的一邊走一邊怨我不會開門，我出差十幾年了，住的酒店比住家的時間還多，會不會開門？結果她上去也是開不了門。本來是17號離開的，現在也沒心情住了….

難評，賓館的環境很差，房間裏面有異味，衞生間也是臟臟的，入住沒多久還停電了，前台服務態度很難評。衹能説不會再想看到這賓館的字眼了。
