2點都辦不了住房！退房還要12點退！想下午14點退就要先給五星好評才可以？真有意思！我就沒見過這樣的！前台那倆大姐服務態度就更差了！我真不信那麼多房間都住滿了？説系統上告知了下午兩點“以後”辦入住。可能是3點也能是4點！還給我上了趟語文課！呵呵！衞生不用説了真是差勁！還有一股味道。

設施：極具歷史感，無翻新裝修，連加床被子都不允許。
衞生：灰塵飛揚，無清潔。
環境：設施陳舊且佈局不合理。
服務：極差，停車兩小時，收費25。前台彷彿欠了500萬的臉色，毫無服務可言。
綜合：若非別無選擇，非常不推薦入住。

昨天下午入住的，帶我媳婦小孩來福州參加考試。前台小姐姐看到我們帶着小孩，主動免費幫我們申請了大床巨幕房。酒店很專業很熱情，賓至如歸。下次來福州，還會繼續選擇入住
