I genuinely have never had a better experience in a hotel. The whole staff moved so tirelessly to make sure all guests were served as best as they could. I’ve had some parcels that were delivered to my room up until the evening right before my flight back. Some of them took too long and they had to be picked up from the delivery office. This thanks to the amazing work of Timo and his crew. I couldn’t be happier to say that they deserve all the recognition.

The hotel is okay for a short weekend stay. The room has a bit of smell of cigarette. The shopping mall next door close early. So there’s not much during the evening time. There’s is a 7-eleven across the road on the other block.

The checked-in manager was very good and kind. I have an issued with my foreign CC; he is patience to wait for my resolving with our overseas bank. Allowed me to check in to my hotel room to rest first before resolving issues. The room is big and scenery is excellent. Will definitely stay again next time.
