入住好幾次了 服務一如既往的好。禮賓Sam每次都主動幫拿行李🧳 熱情介紹周邊旅遊訊息。前台Bella態度很熱情 還幫忙升級房房間。很喜歡這家酒店 給人賓至如歸的感覺

再次入住福州中庚聚龍酒店，正好接待我的還是上次的Selena，一如既往的熱情，熟悉的感覺，辦入住流程非常熟練，三分鐘辦完上樓，到樓層後遇到的服務員也非常主動打招呼，讓人有一種回家的感覺。房間衞生也很乾凈，一進門很清新我很喜歡的味道，上次入住時提到了我喜歡乳膠枕，這次我還沒入住就已經安排了乳膠枕放在房間裏，服務確實是很棒。早晨早起在後花園江濱步道走走路空氣特別舒服，後花園環境非常好，可惜忘記拍幾張照片了，每次來我都要去後花園走幾圈，讓人心情愉悦。很滿意的一次體驗，希望下次入住還是Selena接待！

無論從服務、安全性、乾淨程度來説，真的很適合出行的人羣！我認為單從性價比這個角度來説真的有打動到我！前台的小蔡服務質量極佳！到位！
（收取外賣與快遞：收件的時候寫清楚收件人和房間號，機器人直接送到房間門口，非常方便，而且在不暴露私隱的情況下，安全收到！）服務：我覺得服務真的是精緻到客房打掃人員！
我是一個及其愛喝水的人，客房打掃時，阿姨看見我桌上的水沒有了，特別熱情地告訴我，“缺什麼隨時打電話給前台，我給你送來”下大雨的情況下，酒店也會很貼心的準備好雨傘！周邊很方便，離高鐵站開車十五分鐘就到啦
酒店還提供多樣的枕頭供客人自行選擇！

個人需要經常出差住酒店，這家酒店的環境算是住過周邊環境數一數二的好，喜歡跑步的人有福啦，酒店背後就是長長的的沿江步道，綠化很好，路程無障礙，酣暢淋漓！再提一下酒店的前台工作人員小蔡，服務態度很好，耐心的介紹了周邊的景點，推薦了村落的美食，完全沒有踩雷，十分感謝！ 酒店內部裝修也很新，前台隨時都有人，晚上也有保安值班，可以放心住！

平時很少點評，這家酒店不得不説一下，前台辦入住很快，工作人員小蔡服務態度很好，因為一個人帶小孩來入住不方便，主動幫我拿了行李送到房間，還貼心的給我安排了嬰兒床。晚上點了外賣留意到是我房間考慮到我帶孩子不方便下去拿直接給我送上來了，很細心。客房服務也很有速度，剛打完電話沒幾分鐘就送到了。入住的體驗感非常好，房間也很大，設備齊全，空氣很好，下次一定還會再來！
