Shangri-La Fuzhou

The Shangri-La Fuzhou is a classic five-star hotel, and it's well-maintained. Upon entering, you can clearly tell the management team prioritizes facility upkeep. Annie arranged my room in advance so I could check-in right away upon arrival and explained the dining options. Peri quickly handled my check-in and even informed me about the complimentary fruit. Amity notified housekeeping. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

The room was clean and the service was excellent. When they saw I had a lot of luggage, a staff member helped me take it to my room. It was a really great experience, thumbs up! The breakfast was very nice, and the hotel is in a city center location. Fantastic! 👍

This hotel felt really good, and the location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall and May Fourth Square, and close to all the attractions. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The breakfast and afternoon tea were both delicious. Annie arranged a great room, Amity was very prompt in replenishing room amenities, and Peri handled the check-out process efficiently. I'm very satisfied.

Conveniently located, the hotel is connected to a mall with direct subway access, making dining easy. A park and square are right next door. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, service is great, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Fuzhou.

I booked a king room, and at check-in, the front desk manager upgraded me to an executive suite. It was spacious and amazing! The hotel is also close to Wuyi Square, perfect for a nice stroll. The breakfast selection was fantastic; they even packed one portion for me to enjoy on the go. Perfect! Plus, the room had a capsule coffee machine, haha, so good!

The service was great, and the hotel was clean. Especially the staff on the 26th floor, their service was very attentive. However, the windows in the rooms on the 26th floor couldn't be opened, so there was no ventilation. Even with the air conditioning on, it felt a bit stuffy after a while. There were many people checking in on the first floor, but only two counter staff, so there was a wait.

No matter what others say, the service and management of established foreign-owned hotels are always excellent. You can still trust places like Shangri-La. This time, Annie from Fuzhou Shangri-La proactively reached out to help with information, Amity ensured the room was well-prepared, and Wade handled the check-out and billing efficiently. The service was top-notch.
