酒店環境很好，傍晚的風景很漂亮，房間衞生也挺乾淨的，地理位置也還行不算太偏，可以免費停車，打滴滴接單也快，早餐種類也很多，辦理入住也很快，前台小玉服務不錯，總之是物超所值，這次住得非常滿意下次來福州還想住這家酒店！

其他先不説，就酒店前台這服務態度給一顆心都算好，別的酒店外賣即使上不了樓，打個電話給前台至少都會送，最起碼有機器人可以送上樓，他家倒好，昨晚一個女前台接的，語氣極其生硬的説“我們不負責送上樓，要你自己下來取”，下樓後看到她跟前台一個男同事（微胖），閑坐在前台説説笑笑，儼然一副打情罵俏的模樣，看不下去過去質問問啥這麼閑還不幫忙送一下呢，男的回答：因為衞生問題，我們不能碰！！！！這樣的回答聽起來是多麼的敷衍啊，我去，把我氣的説不出話了，自己還要走出酒店大門，去外面去外賣，下次再也不住！！！
