噪音非常大，明明是陳舊窗，非説雙層玻璃，服務也差，説加個被直接説服務員己下班。噪聲大到發狂，絕對不符合住宿要求的。千萬，千萬別去，花錢，還遭罪。

隔音差，房間味道重，大清早還沒五點隔壁房間大聲説話被它們吵醒，這次住房體驗感極差，停車場收費15元。

在福州沒有選三坊七巷哪裡住，而是選了這家蘋果時代酒店，從福州站打車過來也不遠，酒店門口就有公交車站，去景點都比較方便，而且福州公交灰常優惠。酒店房間在樓上，雖然有電梯但要走一段樓梯才可以坐電梯。房間比較舊一點，而且有些設施還保留了上一家酒店的名稱。選了含早餐的雙床房，第二天可以去二樓吃自助早餐，有饅頭小籠包炒飯炒麪土豆絲大白菜雞蛋玉米紅薯南瓜粥白粥春捲小麪包豆漿牛奶，省得早上出去找吃的。
