初次入住西湖大酒店，本來住一晚，因為適意，又續一晚！酒店真的是太棒了！細節決定品質，從泊車、進大廳、前台辦理入住處處有人引導，和顏悦色。外部環境大氣靈秀，客房舒適！特別是客户服務快速及時，感謝陳華華小妹妹，謝謝啦！下次來福州必須住西湖！！！
