很久沒評價了，酒店非常大氣，服務卻很小氣。看到後花園隨意走了走，因為看不到屋內玻璃是反光的，順手開了餐廳的門進來，聽到轟隆一聲巨響，進入才看到裏面的人看外面是清清楚楚的，維修師傅把開門處放置了一個很大的金屬架子倒了，我當時嚇了一跳！師傅隨口了來了句我X爆粗口！旁邊女服務員一副不屑不理會跟她沒關係樣子，師傅過來把沉甸甸的架子好容易扶了起來嘴裏還在碎碎念，我説了句不應該把這麼重的東西放在開門處外面完全看不到。難道酒店第一反應不應該是覺得很抱歉沒有傷到我嗎？晚上看完演唱會很累泡澡浴缸漏水，兒子去廁所沒想到滿地都是水，沒留意穿着一次性拖鞋腳滑了！服務員打掃我説浴缸需要報備維修漏水差點摔倒，反應卻是我把水溢滿出來了吧？住兩晚，第一晚燈還好好的，第二晚燈壞了關不掉，搞的睡不着大半夜的換房又麻煩，把房卡拔了燈還亮着，花灑也是壞的，得自己拿着洗不然到處噴定不住，設施真的太差了！自助餐真的很一般，8點用餐火鍋蝦剩下兩衹，沒有一個幫忙收盤子的，全部都站在那裡看不見客人需求，沒辦法我自己把舊盤子送過去，餐廳總算有個服務員説不用自己送喊我就行了，總算關注到了我們，喊了一次就跟我要好評，這般操作真心不願意提供。剛入住嘉禾凱悦酒店過來的，實話實説，房間衞生很乾凈！環境也不錯！前台高冷，整體服務真的都給人感覺不舒服冷淡的樣子，下次不會再來了！
