Plum Garden International Hotel (Fuzhou Guangminggang Park)

An amazing stay! The views of Minjiang River and Guangming Port were spectacular. The room was super clean and had a lovely traditional Chinese style. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is great, with easy access for vehicles and convenient parking. Being on a higher floor, the room offers a nice city view. The amenities are comprehensive, including a full set of tea and wine utensils, and even alcohol wipes in the bathroom, which was a thoughtful touch. The laundry room on B2 is a huge convenience for travelers. I hope they can improve the smoky smell in the room. Also, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive a welcome fruit and tea gift when I extended my stay for another night.

I booked the room well in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM on the day of check-in, I was given a room with the door wide open, in complete disarray, and not yet cleaned. When I asked when it would be ready, I was told that it was dinner time and no one was available, so they couldn't give me a specific time. Ultimately, it was only after I contacted Trip.com that they finally changed my room. I had booked two nights, but since they were separate bookings, both orders showed complimentary welcome fruit. On the first day, I found there was none. After inquiring, they provided it. On the second day, it was missing again, and when I asked, they simply said there wasn't any. I didn't bother arguing over a small fruit plate. The most outrageous part was at checkout. I requested an invoice, and they said I needed to add them on WeChat to get one. I did so, but then sent several messages without any reply. By evening, I had no choice but to call the hotel again. They said they could issue it but were short-staffed and there would be a wait. When I asked for an estimated time, they explicitly stated they couldn't confirm when it would be ready. Finally, it was only after I threatened to report them to the tax authorities that they issued the invoice. My three-day, two-night experience was truly indescribable…

The hotel is very close to Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxia Hang, and Yantai Mountain. Being in the heart of Fuzhou, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere within a 15-minute taxi ride. The room was clean and quiet. Although the hotel is a bit older, the interior decor is still of a very good standard.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Guangming Port River, with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good, very clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft and comfortable, the hot water in the room comes quickly, and the key is hot spring water. It's super nice, everything is relatively complete, there are a lot of breakfast items, and the taste is good. Miss Ye Xinlan's service is very good and attentive. I look forward to staying next time.
