衞生着實一言難盡。牆角的蜘蛛網，發黴的衞生間天花，灰濛濛的浴室玻璃，下水道返臭，昏暗的燈光。因旺400多的價格弄得老公孩子一直在抱怨。訂單界面的照片很艷麗很繁華，實際很暗很舊。哎。。。。

前台服務比較一般，想多要一張房卡很直接就説丟一張給多少多少賠償...關鍵最後房卡給我的時候裏面就一張，自己打開才發現再補給我的，額。
在場客户3對，我排第二對，第一對客户因為預訂問題還沒有辦理入住，前台三個人在給這個客户解決，全然沒有和我們説一聲等一下啥的，當做沒看見我們額。
再説房間吧，大方向都過得去，就是兩點：1座機打不通，打了很多次，用不了，退房的時候前台説是因為前台在打所以大不了，有點，説不上來的解釋很蒼白。哈哈，不懂，可能真的是前台在打吧。
配的兩把椅子都是壞的，我朋友差點摔倒，酒店查房的不知道是怎麼做事的，這個摔倒可大可小吧，但是這個我們第一時間和前台反應，五分鐘內房務部阿姨就過來拿走椅子，換了個塑料椅子給我們坐，讓我們先對付一下，然後到了我們退房以後，椅子也沒有換過來，哈哈哈。衹能説處理問題速度很快，但是處理的不是很完美。
