我也是一位酒店的管理人員這次入住行程短就一天 但是很不開心 剛進去的時候保安大叔還是挺熱情的指揮我們倒車 辦入住時很多人在排隊我們就在後麪等 等到我們的時候一個灰色衣服的不知道是前廳經理呀還是什麼的我們禮貌性問可以辦入住了嗎她轉身看了我們一眼繼續看手機不知道給哪位總統發電子機密呢可能是前台就和聾了一樣、我問到第三遍前台才斜眼告訴我出示訂單、身份證態度冷漠的彷彿大姨媽要噴出來了一樣😅我不想多事進入電梯電梯扶手掛着個剝好的橘子皮，到我出門晚上回來我在前台要了兩個泡澡袋 前台好像覺得我消費不起一樣告訴我一個五塊我説送兩個到我房間從我按金扣 不明白我説的是不是太難理解她依舊要我先付款泡澡袋的十塊錢😅晚上進入電梯 天吶！那個橘子皮還掛在電梯扶手上 房間空調一整晚呼呼作響就是不製冷電話到前台 前台第一句是前台 需要什麼？ 不應該有一句 問候？ 客房阿姨告訴我空調要調到17 依舊一個晚上不製冷 、硬件環境上的問題畢竟在這個價格是十分有性價比的、但是貴酒店的軟件服務實在不敢苟同 我甚至怕我當時在酒店發飆當時被轟出去酒店 希望貴酒店能在員工禮儀禮貌上做好最基本的培訓 不然我相信基本都是一次性客人

五一期間晚上十二點左右入住，本身就很困隨機找了個附近的酒店.一入住滴水聲就非常明顯我也沒太在意，浴缸根本沒洗很臟然後我和前台溝通買了個浴缸套催了兩次才送到，最最最絕望的時刻來了我躺在床上一個小時本身已經很困了我沒在意等水聲讓我生不如死根本睡不着，然後大半夜的和我説換房，然後晚上兩點多換房我九點退房最無語的是定金還要我打電話過來才退
