We stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch. The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options. The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. Excellent service. Great location within SanfangQiXiang if you wish to explore this place since we can’t even finish visiting all the different cultural centres and the shopping in the bustling streets within the huge area in our 3 days 2 nights stay. Breakfast is vegetarian but variety is huge and good. Staff has been so friendly and helpful. They gave us tips about exploring useful apps in China especially for overseas tourists like us. They even helped us book our massage, send detailed instructions to help us navigate and helped me with rejecting my purchases when the delivery came later than I had expected. The whole ambience around the hotel and the room access to the beautifully designed gardens gave us a lasting impression. The warmth of the staff team lingers on and set the standard so high that we inevitably compared with the next hotel we went and can’t help to keep thinking about how much better the staff here has been! Regardless who are on duty, all have been so helpful! Rooms are extremely clean and smells good! Everything looks pretty new and the bed is very comfortable. The pictures provided by the hotel are as good as what we saw and experience!

Hotel is very convenient to sanfang qixiang and dongjiekou shopping streets within walking distance. Attracted by building architecture and chinese cultural aspect. Room is connected to a lovely garden. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Vegetarian breakfast has a good spread.

A very nice cultural hotel with great location. Everything is great. Clean, comfortable and is indeed a unique experience to stay. Kids were very happy with the activities provided by hotel. All the staffs are very helpful as well in helping us navigate the town and helping us book transport for a big group. There are 14 of us and we have great impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Fuzhou. A must visit for tourist who wants to experience cultural hotel!

This is the hotel I think has the best experience. The location is very good. It is right in Sanfang Qixiang. You can walk to the main street on the left and right when you go out. It is closest to Wenrufang. The hotel has its own parking garage on the first floor. The garage is not only large and spacious, but also has enough charging piles for charging trams. The room is very quiet, clean and tidy. In addition to the commonly used disposable cotton slippers, there are also disinfected bath sandals in the bathroom, which is very thoughtful! The bathroom supplies are all Ousultan, very high quality! A large plate of fruit is given every day, which can't be eaten up. The drinking water is all Nongfu Spring, and there is also a tea tray for brewing Kung Fu in the room. Their three kinds of Kung Fu tea are provided every day, which is enough to drink! There are also daily nuts, various milk drinks and Evian mineral water in the small refrigerator, all free. Not only that, there is a small self-service bar in the hotel lobby, which also provides unlimited coffee, tea, snacks, and original cashews every day. Breakfast was in their vegetarian buffet restaurant. Although it was vegetarian, I felt that I had gained weight after staying for a few days. There was a different goodnight sweet soup every night, especially the daily sweet soup with different snacks every day, all made by the hotel themselves, delicious and not greasy, some with a faint tea fragrance, you can't refuse it even if you don't want to, hehe! Anyway, you won't be hungry. Thank you to the morning shift housekeeper Qin Yue, the service is really dedicated! When we left, they also gave us a lot of souvenirs, which is so considerate! Such a cost-effective hotel, I will come again next time!

I wanted to stay in a distinctive hotel in Fuzhou. I searched for a long time and found this hotel with good reviews. So I booked it for two days. The hotel contacted me one day in advance and sent me the specific location. However, the next day, Gaode Navigation was still a bit confused and led me to an alley. Later, I found that searching for Amitabha Zhensu Pavilion on Gaode would more accurately reach the main gate of this hotel. The check-in reception was very good. I had taken a lot of photos in the lobby before I came out of the room. Later, I was surprised to check into the room. There was a small door in the room leading to a small courtyard with Suzhou garden-style landscape. There was also a floor-to-ceiling glass window. I sat in front of the window and brewed Fujian tea. It was very happy. The activities of making lacquer fans and stringing bracelets given by the hotel were very good. I was very happy to do these in the hotel if I didn't want to go out shopping. I have to praise the cleaning aunt. I forgot my ring by the wash basin when I went out the next afternoon. When I came back at night, the room was tidy and the ring was placed in a conspicuous place. Thank you very much. A fruit plate and tea were given when I checked in. There was good night sweet soup every night, no repetition. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good and very satisfactory.

The hotel is in a good location and has a quiet environment. It is in a garden style. It is very comfortable to sit in the yard and drink afternoon tea. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, making guests feel at home. The hotel breakfast is a vegetarian buffet, but there are many choices, healthy and delicious.

Sanbao Guesthouse is probably the only hotel I can't find any flaws in. I stayed for four days and three nights. I felt comfortable and cared for everywhere. Food and beverage: There is a fruit plate in the room every day (multiple varieties, including golden fruit), a small refrigerator (milk, coconut milk, local specialty olives, and Evian, haha), six bottles of Nongfu Spring, three different teas (jasmine, Dahongpao...) and a full set of white porcelain tea sets, drip coffee. The lobby provides freshly ground coffee with fresh milk, jasmine tea, health tea, and snacks 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet is also sincere, with local specialties such as lychee meat, Laohua, and Nuojiji. The bedtime desserts are different every night. Location: Located in Sanfang Qixiang, there are so many specialty restaurants and Laohua restaurants around. Service: The most heartwarming. When they saw us hand-washing our running clothes, they immediately sent us a clothesline and hand-washing detergent. I was very moved. Environment: Top Jiangnan classical style, one step at a time, and living in a garden.

I came to Sanbao Residence because of its reputation. The hotel environment is great, very stunning, and the service is super good. Thanks to the housekeeper Haiyan and housekeeper Li Jing for their warm and thoughtful service. I made a lacquer fan and a bracelet. I was very happy! The breakfast is very good, suitable for roaming, you can spend an afternoon in the hotel, and the photos will be very good. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Fuzhou!

The location is excellent, right in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. The building is very distinctive, and there is a landscape courtyard on the first floor. The hotel offers free lacquer fans and beading activities, free sweet soup in the evening, breakfast delivered to the room, and hot tea and coffee in the lobby to take away. There are not many rooms, it is relatively quiet, and the room is large. The waiter also serves as the housekeeper, and it is convenient to consult at any time if you have any questions. It only takes a few minutes to go to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, and to eat Houjie Laohua and Tongli Rouyan. Thanks to the beautiful lady at the front desk and the housekeeper Li Jing for their enthusiastic service.

How deep is the courtyard? This is the first impression of Sanbao Guest House. After booking three times, I finally moved in. The Fujian-style garden hotel combines modern comfort, quiet environment, silence and tranquility, and is in a suitable location, which is very suitable for immersive play in Sanfang and Qixiang. The hotel staff has a strong sense of service. No matter where you meet in the hotel, whether it is the concierge, the cleaning staff or the maintenance staff, they will greet you politely and frequently. I want to escape. The service of the housekeeper during the stay was also very considerate, and the room type was upgraded proactively. During the experience activities of beaded strings and lacquer fans, the housekeeper Li Jing has been very patiently guiding the children: the housekeeper Zhang Yue spoke gently and gracefully; there are also cleaning sisters who deliver quilts, breakfast concierges, hotel staff who help with luggage when checking in and leaving, etc. Everything makes people feel at home and is worth recommending [strong] ps: If there are no other guests who can't remember their room numbers and knock on the wrong door in the early morning of the 7th, disturbing people's dreams, this trip to Fuzhou will be more perfect~

A very satisfying trip. Clean and hygienic. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Fresh fruit and afternoon tea were provided upon check-in. The front desk lady enthusiastically explained the nearby delicious and fun places. She also took my mother to make a lacquer fan in the hotel.

I had a great time in Sanbao during my four days and three nights in Fuzhou. First of all, the location is excellent, right next to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, which is convenient for sightseeing. Secondly, the hotel service is excellent. Before I came, the housekeeper contacted me to understand my needs. The staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as they met me. They provided all kinds of considerate services. They upgraded our suite and sent us a cake when they knew it was our wedding anniversary. I was very touched. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the tea sets were complete, which satisfied our habit of drinking tea. I would like to give a special praise to Chen Qinyue, the housekeeper on the morning shift, who gave us souvenirs when we left and sent us to the intersection to put our luggage in the car. Thank you!
