Great place - couldn’t be more convenient to the railway station. Beds comfortable, shower great.

Location, cleaness, facilities are good. But the attitude of staffs at reception is not kind.

This is the first time i am writing review for any hotel. Hotel location is good. 1 minute by walk from fuzhou train station entrance.one Receptionalist wearing glasses behavior was very rude. She was talking very rudely all the time and don’t know how to welcome guests. Because of her rude behavior might not be able to visit this hotel again

Old but good location

It doesn't look like a hotel at all. It should be an apar**ent building with rental houses. The environment is extremely bad. The facilities in the room are even more shabby than those in second-hand shops. The corridor is dark and scary. I was scared and dared not to live there. Negotiations with the hotel to change rooms and check out were all rejected. The service attitude is poor. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the hotel.

Old facilities. Right next to Fuzhou Railway Station, you can walk to it after exiting the station. Not even 100 meters. The subway is in front of the door. If you want to take a taxi, you can set the entrance and exit of the Manhattan basement parking lot, and it is 30 meters away. The transportation and functions are very convenient. The front desk service is very cold. There is only one male manager, who greets people with a smile and provides good service. The room is large enough, but the bathroom is old. The sound insulation is not good. It is a distance from the road, at least you can't hear the horn sound.

The price/performance ratio is not high! There is no phone in the room. I had to run up and down three times to solve the wifi problem. There is no shower curtain or other barriers in the bathing area, which is very unfriendly for using the bathroom after taking a shower! The only advantage is that the room size is OK.

Everyone in the hotel felt like they were on dynamite. As soon as they entered the room, they felt itchy all over their bodies. They are allergic to dust in the first place, and the hygiene was really dirty. I washed it again and it was so dirty. Also, the room we stayed in was really extremely cold with the windows closed, and even with the air conditioner and heating turned on, it was still extremely cold. The kids were fine watching TV at noon, but when we watched TV at night, we sat on the bed and put the remote control on the table. The child was enjoying watching cartoons and suddenly switched to a ghost movie. He turned off the TV and left the light on all night without much sleep.
