Amazing location and an amazing room. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I would say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. One of the staff members, 邱雨鑫, was incredibly helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Despite being slightly dated, the hotel is pretty well maintained. Food iwad great. Service is wonderful. There is this Ms Debra, a customer service manager. She was attentive, passionate and welcoming. She is an asset to the hotel.

Winni (lobby reception) and Fanni (concierge) were very helpful and hospitable. They have assisted me with WeChat difficulties (due to the language barrier) and to receive my taobao deliveries. Thanks ladies for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. I’ll be back!
