非常不好，房間小，老闆娘態度差，不建議入住。
攜程網上訂的舒適單人房，到店後説沒有了，給的特價房，檔次低了一等，那你到是説補差價呀，也沒有，你不滿意就讓你退房，春節期間我上哪找去，給攜程打電話，攜程給了補貼，圓滿解決，感謝攜程網客服人員。

設施：老舊，空調不好使，孩子半夜凍醒了，第二天發燒了，整體像上上世紀九十年代末的招待所。
衞生：一般般，還算可以
環境：電梯需要自己拿東西上一層，再下一層。隔音差，窗外還有開着的窗户，空調機噪音大。
服務：態度非常好，前台服務很到位！
價位非常低，過年沒漲價，位置也挺好，不挑剔的可以選這裏。我是因為第一天住宿的民宿老闆忘了給我續約，上下杭附近稍好點的雙人床房都得 600，第三天我們住温泉酒店，以為將就一宿算了才定兩間房。

房間衞生間小的可憐，熱水也放不出，放出的水不但小還有一股鐵銹味，床單和枕套看着就不乾淨，像是沒換過一樣，此酒店怎麼會在攜程上上網的，總結三個字差一個差還是一個差。
