住宅形式，一層6部電梯數十個單位。單位內好普通，有梳化，冰箱，洗衣機，小形廚房，兩人入住夠住的；洗手間環境真一般，衛生保養真麻麻，好多蚊滋，沒抽氣散不到氣味，沒浴簾，沖個涼成個廁所濕哂，沒掛勾沒得掛衣服，水壓夠大，但個花灑不行，整體最差是個廁所，扣哂分。一個單位內有兩間房，一間樓上，一間樓下，即是你會和別人同一屋簷下，各有各嘅，我住樓下，最後一晚，她們在樓上玩到半夜4點，又吵；玩到好像打架似的。樓下就有商場，吃飯很方便，近地鐵；高鐵站，高鐵一出來就望到，不過福州高鐵站好大，望到行過去都要10 分鐘。只一個誘因，便宜。不過再去的話，我寧可俾多少少，當日要睇遊神，怕沒房太快做決定，附近都有其他選擇。個廁所忘記拍，失敗！
