很好的一個公寓，這家已經住過好幾次了，就在南站對面走過來幾分鐘就到，樓下還是商場，房間很大特別床墊睡得很舒服很軟，浴巾毛巾什麼都是一次性的很衞生，老闆人很好説話，不錯過幾天還來

1. 房東不提前聯繫給你發入住指南 等到了才聯繫上
2. 房間是一個房間裏隔斷成了兩間 層高較低
3. 隔音非常差 因為是隔斷 另一間開門出門 都很像自己這間門被打開了 樓上樓下隔音也很差 樓上晚上一兩點還在狂笑
4. 衞生間不是乾濕分離 洗完澡容易全濕 洗髮水之類的都是男士的 需要入住的最好自帶
5. 投影儀不好用 畫面有時候是一幀一幀卡着放的 沒有會員 手機無法投屏
6. 衞生還行 挺乾淨的 也準備了一次性浴巾一次性毛巾 對面就是福州南站 在商場附近 附近就是地鐵站 交通很便利

過年前去福州，家裡老的小的選這家不錯，樓上樓下又在一起很方便，二樓洗澡的地方有點低，個高的人容易撞頭。其他都不錯，小孩子特別喜歡房間裏面的鞦韆。位置也很方便，離商場很近。
