It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. We came to watch a concert. We were still on the train when we got a call from the hotel asking if we had a baby with us and if we needed extra toiletries? Do you need free extra bed service depending on how old your child is? As soon as we arrived in Fuzhou at around 12 o'clock, we were notified that the room was cleaned and the extra bed was ready for check-in at any time! The little guy in the lobby helped us carry our luggage, he was very enthusiastic! We were given breakfast for free, and it was amazing! We didn't go down until nearly ten o'clock, but the variety was still very rich. The rice noodles and noodles tasted better than the laohua we ate on the street! Three of us who stayed at this hotel said they would give it ten stars!

A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. We have lived 7 years in China and stayed in many hotels, including 5-star ones, and this Best Western was truly the CLEANEST one! Everything was super nice, new, clean and hygienic. It smelled very nice everywhere in the hotel. Housekeeping is obviously doing a great job. The bathtub in the room was great, bed was soft and big. Restaurant was modern and spacious and had a nice view, but food choice was very local Chinese - they had lots of seafood and noodles for breakfast which is strange to Westerners. So, we only had eggs, toasted bread and some fruits. The staff was friendly, though they don’t speak English, and one lady from the reception, called Doris, helped us to get the staff we forgot in the room while checking out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, but we hope there will be more English speaking staff in the future and breakfast menu will be more international.
