This hotel is really a great value for money! I am very pleased that I chose this hotel. All staff at the hotel tries very hard to satisfy the customers. I can see that most staff is well trained by the hotel's management. Despite being an older hotel, everything is well maintained. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Fuzhou. Management, great hotel, great job ! Just to offer a comment for further improvement: I don't know why the restaurant staff doesn't seem to have a habit of collecting empty dishes during a buffet to the extent that table-top space gets very crowded. A number of times, there were waiters/waitresses standing next to my table. Although they were not busy, they still did not remove my stacking empty dishes. The staff does not seem to be lazy people. Perhaps they have not been instructed to do so. This is an unusual practice for a good hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 1-minute walk to Fuzhou Station. I originally planned to take the high-speed train at 7 o'clock the next morning, so I stayed here for one night. However, at 10 o'clock in the evening, I found that the core inside the quilt was caked, so I asked the front desk to send a new one. The front desk was busy doing other things, and by 10:30, it didn't come. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip customer service for coordination. After more than 20 minutes of supervision, Ctrip delivered it at almost 11 o'clock. Fortunately, Ctrip handled the matter in a timely manner and did not affect sleep, travel and mood. The hotel should pay more attention next time

The hotel is located in the administrative center of Fuzhou. There is a bus stop at the door. There are two subway stations ”shudou” and ”doumen” on the left and right. Both subway stations are within a 5-minute walk, and Fuzhou Railway Station is only a few minutes' drive away. I chose to stay in a luxury suite, but the interior furnishings are a little bit different from the word luxury. If the store can be more intimate to add hangers, small tea bags... I believe it will improve the hotel’s evaluation. The reception staff at the lobby on the first floor have a very good service attitude. Friendly, there is a lack of dining options around the hotel, perhaps because of its proximity to provincial government agencies, but there are quite a few specialty tea shops in Fujian.
