The hotel is located in a good place with beautiful mountains and clear waters, pleasant scenery, warm climate, and the fragrance of birds and flowers. I was given a ticket to the nearby Xishan Hot Spring, and it was very pleasant to soak in the open-air pool. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. There are hot spring centers, hotels and surrounding real estate sales offices here (it should be a developer's project). Drive to the parking lot, and then a courtesy car (battery car) will take you to the hotel lobby (more than 200 meters away). I booked a health pavilion and later upgraded it to a large bed with a view. There is a small private hot spring in the room. It is very artistic to drink white tea and soak in the hot spring while looking at the mountains and rivers outside the window. Everything was going well, except for the slightest unpleasantness: I went to the front desk to check in, and there were a group of guests at each of the two desks going through the formalities, so I stood behind and waited patiently. During this time, there was a child lying down and playing on the sofa 2 meters away. He accidentally kicked the vertical floor lamp down. The waiter at the counter glanced at it (probably because he was busy) and ignored it. I kindly went over and straightened the lamp. , I didn't hear any ”words of thanks”. And when I returned to the counter angrily, the previous customer finished the formalities and left (I was right behind them), and the waiter (a young man with a perm) also left to chat with other colleagues at the counter. Still waiting patiently for a while, he finally said loudly, ”Is there anything else I can do here?” He saw me coming over. I couldn't help but said, ”I've been waiting for a long time,” but he said coldly, ”You've just arrived, right?” It really made people a little angry. I said, ”You have the wrong attitude,” and he said, ”What?” ”Attitude”..., one sentence after another made people angry. I was surprised that such a perfect hotel (including the security guard in the parking lot, the limousine driver, and other service staff were all very warm and polite), how could there be such a waiter? Your guests come all the way to this place to bring you money. Do you treat them with this attitude? Fortunately, another waiter came over and persuaded him to leave, relieved the guest's mood, and offered to upgrade the room. I was very grateful to him. The reason why I say this is that I hope such a place can develop in the long run, not to vent my anger. But details determine success or failure. It is recommended that the hotel review the lobby video to improve the overall service level.

Parking in the hotel is very convenient. There are two parking lots. Parking is free for check-in, but every time you go out, you need to sell your license plate at the front desk. The front desk is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the underground parking lot to go up directly. Check-in is very fast Very professional, the service is very good, and there are free drinks, and some children are brought out to play. Disappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came... The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth. The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall. We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located. We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price. The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax. No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available. Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food. Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there. Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience. Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

The hotel is a great getaway to the Guian water park. The rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Their breakfast is both western and Chinese style giving a lot of choice. Something they can work on is to have jacuzzis drain water automatically and not having to call hotel staff to drain the water any time we needed to fill it up with water. The hotel staff and especially the hotel manger were very supportive. We’ll use the villas next time we visit.

The attitude of the parking service at the entrance is too bad. I told him to stop after checking in. No, I must be forced to park in the parking lot at the entrance. The lady at the front desk at the hot spring was too cold and indifferent. The only good thing is a Ningde breakfast service manager, so enthusiastic! The weather is very good today, and I came to Guling with my best friend to play. We stayed in the Jinjie Mountain View Room of this B&B. We lived on the second floor, and then we could see half of the Yuanyang Valley. The room has a coffee table, so we can make tea. Sightseeing. In addition, I heard from the housekeeper that the Jinjie Mountain View room on the first floor has a bathtub. If couples come to travel, you can recommend the Jinjie Mountain View room on the first floor!

The details are well dealt with. It is equipped with robots for delivery, free laundry, drying and drying bags; equipped with anti-noise earplugs, although they are not available, the feeling of being cared for makes people who are away from home warm.

The location next to the train station is more friendly to me. It is convenient when taking children out. Secondly, hygiene. I wiped the table with wet wipes and it was relatively clean.
