The location of the hotel is okay, close to the main road, with heavy traffic. There are buses at the door and the subway entrance is further away. The hotel is on the 19th to 28th floors of Ningde Building, so it is not an independent hotel. However, there are two dedicated elevators, so going up and down the stairs is not affected. There are some problems with the maintenance of hotel facilities, especially the windows that are not closed tightly and the noise is loud, which has some impact. Sleep, breakfast was average, hygiene and service were okay.

This hotel is really a great value for money! I am very pleased that I chose this hotel. All staff at the hotel tries very hard to satisfy the customers. I can see that most staff is well trained by the hotel's management. Despite being an older hotel, everything is well maintained. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Fuzhou. Management, great hotel, great job ! Just to offer a comment for further improvement: I don't know why the restaurant staff doesn't seem to have a habit of collecting empty dishes during a buffet to the extent that table-top space gets very crowded. A number of times, there were waiters/waitresses standing next to my table. Although they were not busy, they still did not remove my stacking empty dishes. The staff does not seem to be lazy people. Perhaps they have not been instructed to do so. This is an unusual practice for a good hotel.

There is a bus station not far from the door, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. The nearest subway bus in Fuzhou is free, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to some attractions. On the 21st floor, you can see fireworks set off all over Fuzhou at night, which gives you a very New Year atmosphere. The room is a unique feature of the whole season. It is not large in area. Every square meter is utilized to the extreme. The overall hygienic condition is good. The breakfast has a wide range of varieties. There is a coffee machine at the front desk to provide coffee. During the Spring Festival, gifts were prepared for the children after check-out. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic and provided meticulous service. The aunt who cleaned the 21st floor was very efficient. Disadvantages: 1. The air-conditioning system is not very effective. It is very hot during the Chinese New Year. There is no refrigeration and air-conditioning in the room. The more natural wind blows, the hotter the room becomes. The room will be very stuffy without the air-conditioning, so we all rely on the fans sent by the staff. 2. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator. It may be full for several days in a row. If it is not crowded from the restaurant to the room, it will take 3 elevators during the peak period.

After staying at Juchunyuan Hotel, I learned that the founder of the hotel was also the founder of Buddha Jumping Over the Wall, so I had dinner at the hotel on the third floor for two consecutive days and tasted Buddha Jumping Over the Wall and other Fujian dishes, which was worthy of its name. The first stop in Fuzhou, the front desk lady is very busy but very patient. The old five-star hotel, the service is really meticulous: our room is not big but there is a bathtub, in addition to the commonly used toiletries, also equipped with washing powder, love clean people ecstasy! The location is convenient since it is located in one of the most touristic areas in Fuzhou. it's very close to 3 lanes and 7 alleys. The breakfast is nice and varied. the facilities are nice and the beds comfortable, however, too smelly... Smell like mould was really anoying. No ventilation at all. Which was not specified in the description of the room. We requested rooms swap no matter the surplus we had to pay but was not possible. I think very few rooms in this hotel. We had 3 rooms and they were all very smelly but the isle in one other rooms was terribly stinky coming from a different room.
