The Queens Hotel

We have been to many places across Britain and around the world, but i speak with confidence when i say the service of foodcand drink is truly outstanding!

The Queen's provided just what we wanted, a convenient place to rest our head, with quality food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Everything about the Queens was good, car parking across the road very convenient, all the staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. All in all a very good Saturday/Sunday night at the Queens. We will return in summer without the gale force winds and rain.

Conveniently situated for the railway station overlooked by Harlech Castle. Comfortable hotel accommodation above a welcoming pub. I was afforded a friendly greeting. Good quality bar snacks and local real ale supplemented my visit. Clean and tidy. The owners appear to be making continual improvements.

I have stayed at The Queens Hotel in Harlech a couple of times now and will certainly be returning. The hosts go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay. The rooms are spacious, beds extremely comfy, and have everything you require. They even provide nice little additional touches like individual toiletries, chocolates in the room, hot choc and biscuits in addition to the standard coffee and teas, and easy to access charging points. This time I had a room with a fab view of the castle, thanks. The breakfasts and food served is first class and I cannot find anything to complain about. If you are going out early they will even provide you with a grab and go breakfast pack with all your nutritional essentials. It is ideal for me, with off road parking. It is certainly provides value for money hotel, is close to the train station for day trips, the fab beach and town, and everything you need on the doorstep. I will certainly be returning and wish the hosts every success for the future!

The staff were lovely. I was a little worried about the noise as it's on top of a pub but actually there was no noise there. Breakfast was great. The view outside is fantastic.

We visited for an impromptu date night. We had a selection of the special cocktails and nachos to share. There was plenty and the quiz night was fun. We have been multiple times after/during dog walks for lunch or drinks, the food and service are always amazing.

Really lovely food, but very large portions. The fish and chips were amazing, home made tartar sauce! Could not even manage half of the chips as the portion was very big. Burgers looked lovely too, my partner had the half chicken which was fabulous but again had to leave some, shame really. Superb quality food though, highly recommend
