Mode Hotel Lytham

Lovely place with a good view in Lytham, No bath tub which was a diasspointment. Toilet was full with anemties. But no receptionist and really expensive go visit it again. It was a business trip involving me and few of my colleagues, not so long ago.

Unique was having our continental breakfast hung on our door in a bag! Noisy central town hotel. Clean.

Stayed here loads of times. I just love it. It's got everything you would ever need in a room. I especially love the dressing table, with hairdryer (powerful) and mirror for the ladies, as we are normally forgotten. We will always stay here when we come to Lytham.

Comfortable stay. There was a little mix up when we checked in but it was resolved quickly and easily. Hotel very convenient for local amenities. Breakfast bag was good quality. No view from our room (208) but not an issue for us and other comments indicate there can be noise outside - we had no such problems. Water in washbasin could have been hotter - not generally an issue but not helpful when shaving. We would consider again if we needed to stay in Lytham but that is unlikely, we were there for a special event.

Modern and clean. Prefect location. Loved the breakfast 😁

Lovely room. Attention has been made , slippers and dressing gowns ,iron and ironing board, umbrella available. Kettle with tea bags and biscuits. Coffee machine. Hairdryer and cooler fan if needed. We could not shut the window properly so we heard all the noise from the club a few doors down, luckily I had ear plugs but my hubby didn't so it disturbed him. Bed was very comfy . Beautiful shower bathroom attention to detail again ,even a flannel,soap and shower gel available. We knew breakfast would be in a bag, croissants,jam,apple,aspen bar, a yogurt, bottle of orange. Which was ok if you like that kind of breakfast but we went out to a pub Irish breakfast around the corner, left out the doors, turn left and it's a few mins down the road on the right hand side. This hotel is more suitable for the younger who stay out later, and can handle all the stairs,I have mobility issues so with staying at the very top of was a struggle. Very nice hotel though, but won't be back.

In a very noisy area sleep befor 2am virtually impossible
