After staying in a expensive hotel in New Orleans that was very disappointing, this hotel was clearly better. It was the best one of our trip.

Everything was as stated in description. Lobby was inviting, the check in girl was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, well furnished, and had a very quiet heating unit. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. Kreurig in room was a nice surprise as well as the nice toiletries. Very pleased with everything.

The hotel is very nice, better than expected. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was larger than expected and i was overall very happy with the experience.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel was well monitored and it was a safe and in a clean location. There was a walmart less than 5 mins away.
