Showers not easy to operate but it worked.

I have been at the Sonesta Gahanna airport since Mid-February. I have nothing but praise for the staff and facility. Attentive, respectfull and always willing to accommodate your needs. Management/she is on site 90% of the time and she really cares about her guest. Free laundry services, just ask the front desk. Close to the airport and highway 270 which surround the city of Columbus. SAFE and convinient location. Would do it again if needed be.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Columbus on business. It is always an exceptional stay! Extremely clean and well maintained. Large rooms with perfect work counter space and kitchen with full size fridge. Quiet and featuring black out curtains that allow you to sleep in even on a sunny day. Staff are all incredibly nice. Comfortable bed. Just a great experience every time.

A lot of the items in my room were really showing a lot of aging and wear, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and the parking was easy.
