Annoyances: The room was clean but the curtain was damaged and there was no luggage stand in the room. I asked for one and was told to come and get it if I wanted and that I was not responsible for the damage that was there when I checked in. The Problem: Chicken bones on the floor of the elevator and the carpet outside of the elevator had not been vacuumed. The trash container outside the elevator was overflowing. The areas outside of the guest rooms had not been cleaned and maintained. I stay here for weeks on end and I am disappointed at the lack of attention to cleanliness for guests. What is more disappointing is the apathy of the staff when you raise awareness to the issues.
