$107. Just say no. No soap or shampoo. No one at check in. I had to call to check in. No phone in the room. I think that there are some permanent residents.

They are remodeling and some of the rooms did not have all the amenities. Like coffee pot and coffee, missing trash can. Shower not working right. Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bed and sitting chair is a plus and nice to have. Polite and courteous staff.

Last minute option and not very good one 2 guys checked us in not very friendly didnt say too much either (they live in the office are)the property was dirty had desk and other types of furniture just thrown outside of the rooms and in a pile close to the front of the building walls were very dirty and dusty the bathroom had like dry blood in the shower and close to the toilet there was a hole in the wall stuffed with toilet tissue we stayed in room 129 we checked the breakfast options around 8 there was 1 apple 4 mini muffins open from a pack and less than a 1/4 pot of coffee

We stayed NYE after our concert at Lucas Oil.... TV didnt work at first had to call office for him to come fix... The heater wouldnt shut off so it was VERY hot in the room... there was a hole in the sink the towels were dirty and stained and there were roaches crawling everywhere!!! I would not recommend at all!!!

This property is old but it was clean, very helpful and nice people at check in. Its a place to stay as passing through when traveling. Last minute stop for us.
