Manager of this property is extremely poor with custom service. We we're locked out of room due to lock failure. Sat on the floor in a hot hallway for over a half hour. Numerous trips on a hot elevator each time the person on duty gave us a new card. He finally came to the room multiple times with different keys. Finally got us in the room, but locked was not fixed. Key to fix was in the managers office and she wouldn't be in til Monday. We were there on a Saturday. My wife or myself had to stay in the room, so we had a separate visit after this. We complained the next day and said you shouldn't put anyone in that room and the clerk said it would be fixed by then. I thought the key to fix the lock was in the managers office until Monday? The manager was supposed to contact us which she never did. She was always in a meeting or left for the day. Must be nice to be done for the day by noon. They offered 1600 points or a refund. We preferred the refund, but have never heard back,
