I reserved a room 2 weeks in advance with a handicap accessible shower. Upon check in Sunday 4/23 at 5:15 pm, I was told all 3 handicap accessible shower rooms were occupied. I had a 6:00 appointment elsewhere and not enough time to search for another room at a different hotel, so I stayed. I complained the next morning at check out. That front desk person said their hotel only had 1 handicap accessible shower room and that a gentleman had been booked in it for 2 months. The manager was unavailable at that time and didn't respond to my complaint by phone or email. Choice Hotels doesn't issue refunds. They only credit your privileges account with points for an unsatisfactory experience. In my opinion, Quality Inn accepted my reservation under false pretenses and compounded with various excuses and lies. The facility was fairly clean, but showing it's age. Any rating above 2 stars is undeserved.

New managers are fantastic!! Have made so many improvements. These rooms are huge! Most Rodeway Inns do not offer breakfast but this one has has a full range of choices. Definitely stay here if you are going to Winstar ******. No need to pay high prices.

Had a reservation for one night. I had called to tell them we would be a late check in and that we would not need the suit we had booked online because there were only two of us instead of 3 like I had booked. My sister and I arrived about 8:20 in the evening. We told the young girl checking us in a double bed would be ok. She said no this is the only room I have left and gave us the suit I booked. Ok, so we got settled in and decided to drive out to the ****** for dinner. We got back to the hotel about 11 p.m. The girl and her boyfriend were sitting over in the breakfast area and we said hello and went up to our room. We got in the bed about 12 and were visiting like sisters do and my sister said I hear something. I said I don’t, and about that time we hear our door which was locked and the safety lock at the top of the door was latched started to slam, and slam and clearly someone was trying to force our door open! It scared us really bad. We both ran to living area hoping no one was standing there about to rob us! The door was closed and I looked out the peephole and saw a man going down the hall in a plaid shirt. My sister bragged the phone to call down for security and our phone did not work! Meanwhile she was trying that I felt the latch was almost all the way out and the lock was unlocked! I ran and grabbed my cell phone and called the number which I had called to tell them we were going to be late. The girl answered. I told her what had happed and she said oh that was me! What?!?! It is 12:30 at night! What are you doing trying to get in our room? She was rambling and at this point we are very shaken, and ready to get out of there. I was going to call the police but decided just to get out asap. We gather our things and went down to talk to the girl and low and behold she was gone! Another man was standing there. We told him what had happened, and he clearly knew what had took place. I demanded our money back. He said yes we will give you a refund and I will report it to the manager tomorrow. I called the police and reported it, and called back later in the morning. Another older lady answers and I ask to speak to the manager. She finally says they are on vacation. I told her that someone had tried to break into our room, and she said “oh that was me” What ?!? The other younger girl told me it was her! Who was it??? she didn’t even ask me my name and stared saying I will give you a refund. Something shady is going on at this place! My sister and I really feel like someone was trying to enter our room to rob or harm us. You do not enter a room with that kind of force nor enter at 12:30 at night! Everyone is covering up for one another. I would not recommend this place if it was the last one standing in this town. Corporate has been contacted and gave a report, police have been called and reported. Someone better cough up my money. They have not refunded it yet.

Comfortable hotel, staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I have stayed here before, and decided to come back as it was a conveniently location. Breakfast is included and was really good. I requested a room at the rear of the hotel away from the Interstate and it was quiet there. Definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We stayed one night, on our way from Kansas City to Dallas. Grapevine was a convenient place to stop late at night. Got two rooms---single king sized beds. Rooms were recently renovated; clean and well kept. Beds and pillows seemed new. We were on the second floor; shower water pressure was fine. Rooms had fridges, microwaves, but no coffee maker (coffee is available in the lobby 24-7). Might have been nice to have a cup before getting dressed in the morning, but at this price (about $65 ight) I can wait. The parking lot is a little challenging to enter; best to look at a Google Earth photo before you arrive.

The room most importantly was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. It was only an overnight stay, but it was good to stay somewhere that you didn’t feel grungy after staying there. The only thing I would suggest, which would be for any hotel….extend the breakfast hours. If checkout is at 11:00AM…it would be nice if after a day of travel that you could sleep in without missing breakfast. Something paid for, but missed because you needed to rest before hitting the dusty trail again.
