We took a group of visiting friends to Castello di Meleto's tour and tasting four times during September and October this year. Each time, Enrico was our host and he made the experience wonderful. He is knowledgeable about the viticulture, the wines, the castle's history and led an inspiring tasting of the wines with a generous salumi platter which educated us immensely. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice experience with a guided tour and lunch. It’s a smaller but very nice and familiar vineyard with a great atmosphere. Our guide, Enrico, was very kind and the staff were very helpful. If you are looking for a nice tour in relaxed and beautiful landscape you will not regret it.

We strongly do not recommand this castel as they do not honor their commitments. They cancel reservations confirmed weeks before, should they get a best offer inbetween. Check other great castels around.. you will enjoy smoothlier your trip!

Ya habia estado volvi porque me encanto pero ahora no es igual el desayuno muy pobre , y la habitacion era chica e incomodo para or al baño con escalones de por medio y no estaba todo disponible para ver como por ejemplo la capilla y la sala de recepciones … y ademas el testing era free y ahora no , lamento de ir todo esto pero es verdad .

For my birthday I was given the castle tour and tasting as a gift. The reviews I had read were, at least some of them, negative, however the tour was very interesting, whoever accompanied us is very competent in the agronomic and oenological fields and knows the castle and its history very well and it was truly engaging. Patient with everyone present who peppered him with questions and you can see that he has a true attachment to that place that he feels is his. The castle is very beautiful and with an ancient and modern history, the wine is good and we bought several bottles. An absolutely very positive experience, a beautiful gift
