I had already been, I came back because I loved it but now the breakfast is not the same, very poor, and the room was small and uncomfortable to go to the bathroom with steps in the middle and not everything was available to see, such as the chapel and the reception room. …and also the testing was free and now it's not, I'm sorry for going through all this but it's true.

For my birthday I was given the castle tour and tasting as a gift. The reviews I had read were, at least some of them, negative, however the tour was very interesting, whoever accompanied us is very competent in the agronomic and oenological fields and knows the castle and its history very well and it was truly engaging. Patient with everyone present who peppered him with questions and you can see that he has a true attachment to that place that he feels is his. The castle is very beautiful and with an ancient and modern history, the wine is good and we bought several bottles. An absolutely very positive experience, a beautiful gift

It was a really pleasant stay. The executive room was very nice, the staff were very friendly and we had the pleasant surprise of having a complimentary bottle on our arrival. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room with exclusively Tuscan products. I also recommend taking a tour inside the castle including a tasting.

Nice location for the context, however the rooms and the structure deserve a refresh and greater care as well as maintenance. For example, our room had sockets that made contact, the sink and bidet in the bathroom had the drain plug blocked. Normal breakfast with low quality products. Poor value for money.

The photos and visitors feedbacks wasn’t as the Vila looked compared to the castle. The villa we got is very old compared to the amazing reviews and photos of the Castle. The service we got is very nice although we decided to leave the place. We are looking forward to get any answers from costumer services in order to get fully refund back! It’s important mention the real feedback on the villas and not on the castle.

Unfortunately for the price we paid the services were not up to par. If I spend over 240 euros for one night, when I arrive for breakfast I at least expect the table already set. Good breakfast but it doesn't enchant you. Only one glass available where you have to drink water juice... but I must say that the staff is very kind even if the reception closes in the evening. In the shower in my room there wasn't even a shelf to put the shampoo on. In short, there are a few details missing that don't justify the price. Sin.
